Picnic in the Park: Columbia County Democratic Committee

The Columbia County Democratic Committee cordially invites you to their annual Party in the Park with keynote speaker SENATOR KIRSTEN GILLIBRAND and featured speaker JOSH RILEY.

Join fellow Democrats, candidates, and special guests on Saturday, September 9, at 12:00 noon to kick off the November campaign season at the Claverack Town Park!

Enjoy fantastic food from Georgia Ray's Kitchen, meet up with old and new friends, be inspired by our elected officials and candidates, and pick up your lawn signs!

Then... join us after the party to canvass and speak with voters about our candidates and the importance of voting in November.

Entry and meal are free with a suggested donation of $10/person. All guests must be registered in advance to ensure we have enough food and drinks for everyone.

August Fundraiser: Bella! This Woman's Place is in the House Film Premiere Fundraiser and Meet the Candidates Event

Please join us on Saturday, August 19, to meet our county candidates - Chris Liberati-Conant, Michael Howard, and Brian Herman - and local candidates and then stay for the Hudson premiere of the new documentary film Bella! This Woman's Place is in the House. The Meet & Greet starts at 6:00 p.m. and the film screening begins at 7:00 p.m., both at Time & Space Limited in Hudson.

Funds raised will help keep the blue wave rising and get more Democrats elected to office.

Hudson Flag Day Parade

The parade marches down Warren Street to the Henry Hudson Riverfront park where a festival is held with entertainment, rides for the children, informational displays, food vendors, an air show and one of the largest fireworks displays in the Hudson River Valley. Ten to twelve thousand people gather within the city to participate in this annual extravaganza. Come join the campaign at the annual Hudson Flag Day Parade!

14th Annual Pride Parade and Festival

Parade theme this year is “ON THE ROAD AGAIN”………Think family, friends and community celebration, CELEBRATING LOVE – we are back in the saddle and on the road – again!

The Parade begins at 7th Street Park and will travel down Warren Street to Front and Promenade Hill.

Memorial Day Parade

The Town of Kinderhook Memorial Day Parade will step off at 10am on Monday, May 29, 2023. The parade will begin at Nursery Lane, Valatie, to Church Street, past The Grand to Martin Glynn Square. Ceremony honoring Purple Heart recipients follows.
